Calibre jumped at the opportunity to work alongside Bentley Design on this design and construct project.

The clients vision was to create a modern addition on a Federation style home, updating the interiors and bathrooms and creating classic living spaces that are easily maintained. Recycled bricks, polished concrete floors along with the extensive use of raw and exposed surfaces bring warmth and subtle colour throughout.

The primary challenge on this project was taking control of a water table issue plaguing the original home, and then bringing the current building in line with modern standards. Although a difficult remedial job, this again gave the Calibre team the opportunity to underscore their commitment to always delivering outstanding construction solutions.
